Buenos días, comunidad de Hive. Es un placer compartir con ustedes la energía que me dejó mi más reciente sesión de entrenamiento freestyle. Desde el primer momento, sentí una ligereza inusual; era como si mi cuerpo se hubiera desconectado de la gravedad y estuviera bailando por su cuenta. Esa sensación de fluidez es lo que todo atleta busca, y hoy, por fortuna, la encontré.
Good morning, Hive community. It is a pleasure to share with you the energy that my most recent freestyle training session left me. From the first moment, I felt an unusual lightness; it was as if my body had disconnected from gravity and was dancing on its own. That feeling of fluidity is what every athlete is looking for, and today, fortunately, I found it.
La cuerda y yo éramos uno. Los giros de los codiciados swing 360 no solo salían con facilidad, sino que se ejecutaban con una limpieza y una altura envidiables. Las combinaciones de freestyle que había estado practicando se enlazaron sin esfuerzo, creando secuencias largas y dinámicas que antes me costaban romper. Hubo un momento de éxtasis puro al recuperar el "Doble Dragón", un truco que considero estéticamente bello y fundamental para darle ese toque especial a cualquier combo. Su retorno no solo fue un logro técnico, sino un impulso moral que validó las horas de práctica.
The rope and I were one. The turns of the coveted 360 swing not only came out easily, but were executed with an enviable cleanliness and height. The freestyle combinations I had been practicing were eneated effortlessly, creating long and dynamic sequences that I used to have a hard time breaking. There was a moment of pure ecstasy when recovering the "Double Dragon", a trick that I consider aesthetically beautiful and fundamental to give that special touch to any combo. His return was not only a technical achievement, but a moral impulse that validated the hours of practice.
La sesión terminó con una sonrisa y una profunda satisfacción. Sin embargo, toda gran hazaña atlética a veces exige un precio. A pesar de la euforia por el rendimiento, mis viejas lesiones en ambos codos se hicieron presentes con una intensidad considerable. Lamentablemente, este esfuerzo me ha obligado a tomar una pausa de veinticuatro horas para que la inflamación ceda. A pesar del dolor persistente y del día de descanso forzado, les aseguro que cada salto, cada giro y el regreso de ese Dragón valieron completamente la pena. La meta ahora es gestionar estas secuelas sin perder el nivel alcanzado. ¡Nos vemos en el próximo entrenamiento!
The session ended with a smile and a deep satisfaction. However, every great athletic feat sometimes demands a price. Despite the euphoria for performance, my old injuries on both elbows became present with considerable intensity. Unfortunately, this effort has forced me to take a twenty-four-hour break for the inflammation to give way. Despite the persistent pain and the day of forced rest, I assure you that every jump, every turn and the return of that Dragon was completely worth it. The goal now is to manage these sequelae without losing the level reached. See you at the next training!
