¿Que son las flexiones en full planche?
¿What are push-ups in full planche?
La Flexion en Full Planche es una habilidades mas dificiles de la Calistenia, la cual consiste en sostener el cuerpo paralelo al suelo usando solamente las manos y los brazos como soporte (con los pies levantados) y asi bajar y luego volver a la posicion. Este movimiento requiere una cantidad increíble de fuerza y equilibrio.
The Full Planche Push-up is a more difficult Calisthenics skill, which consists of holding the body parallel to the ground using only the hands and arms for support (with the feet raised) and thus lowering and then returning to the position. This move requires an incredible amount of strength and balance.

Desde que empece a entrenar, las flexiones en full planche se han convertido en mi elemento favorito, siempre he intentado subir el nivel y hacer las variaciones mas complejas, ya que hay una cantidad inmensa de flexiones en full planche. Las dificil que he logrado conseguir son estas:
Since I started training, full planche pushups have become my favorite element, I have always tried to raise the level and make the variations more complex, since there are an immense number of full planche pushups. The difficult ones that I have managed to achieve are these:

1- Flexion arquera profunda: En unas paralelas altas, te vas a colocar en la posicion de Full Planche, y hacia un lado bajaras el hombro hasta que toque el suelo.

2 - Flexiones en full planche con los dedos: Basicamente realizaras la full planche con los dedos, y asi haras repeticiones. Es considerada de las mas dificiles ya que se siente una inmensa presion en los dedos.

3 - Flexion en anillas: Realizaras la plancha en anillas, y asi haras las flexiones. Se necesita mucha fuerza y mucho control en las anillas para poder realizarla, es muy dificil mantener el equilibrio.

4 - Flexion Pelicano: En unas paralelas altas, te vas a colocar en la posicion de plancha, y asi bajaras hasta quedar con los brazoa extendidos, y luego vuelves a subir a la posicion de plancha. En esta flexion se necesita una inmensa cantidad de fuerza, y aparte mucha flexibilidad en la muñeca. Suele ser de las flexiones mas lesivas.
1- Deep archer push-up: In some high bars, you are going to place yourself in the Full Planche position, and to one side you will lower your shoulder until it touches the ground.

2 - Full planche push-ups with your fingers: Basically you will perform the full planche with your fingers, and thus you will do repetitions. It is considered one of the most difficult since you feel immense pressure on your fingers.

3 - Push-up on rings: You will do the plank on rings, and so you will do the push-ups. You need a lot of strength and a lot of control on the rings to be able to do it, it is very difficult to maintain your balance.

4 - Pelican Push-up: In some high parallel bars, you are going to place yourself in the plank position, and thus you will go down until you are with your arms extended, and then you go back up to the plank position. This push-up requires an immense amount of strength, plus a lot of flexibility in the wrist. It is usually one of the most damaging push-ups.
