Hola gente de #Hive y #SWC, en esta ocasión les traigo un video de un entreno que tuve hoy de algunos combos estáticos, espero les guste. Entre las cosas que realicé fueron algunos movimientos como la OAP (la cual estoy dominando cada vez más), planchas convencionales, front convencional, dominadas de front, hefesto, y un nuevo movimiento de fuerza que tenía tiempo sin intentar: La Full maltese. Tenía mucho tiempo sin intentar ese movimiento, y a pesar de que mi anterior intento salió considerablemente mejor, igualmente cuenta el que grabé, por lo que definitivamente esta dando resultado los entrenos, seguiremos con mucho más, me estoy esforzando por ser un excelente atleta, sobre todo en la parte de los estáticos, A POR MÁS.
