¿Cómo me he dado cuenta de mis resultados de avance? Antes de empezar mi rutina de entrenamiento, durante el calentamiento y preparación muscular, me gusta realizar estimaciones de movimientos de alta dificultad para mí, ejemplo, el movimiento llamado "Pull to Touch" es un movimiento que estoy empezando a entrenar y me gusta hacerlo antes de empezar mi rutina de entrenamiento. Gracias a esta estimación me pude dar cuenta que estaba más fuerte, debido a que este movimiento me salió mejor que en veces anteriores.
Al empezar mi rutina de entrenamiento, pude sentirme menos forzado con los ejercicios realizados, además de que he podido reducir los minutos de mis descansos entre series y no me han afectado. Mis posturas y resistencia de los diversos movimientos que hice han sido con más solidez, eso me dio a entender que he mejorado mi control y dominio de la fuerza y variantes del Front Lever.
Los movimientos más destacados que realicé en mi rutina de entrenamiento y noté bastante mi mejoría han sido: Pull a Touch, Pull Ups de Front Lever, Touch Wide y Doble Victorian Lever en barra, este último con agarre amplio y neutro.
Gracias a esto voy a hacer un cambio en mis rutinas de entrenamiento para seguir teniendo un avance y desarrollo constante.
How have I noticed my progress results? Before starting my training routine, during the warm-up and muscle preparation, I like to make estimates of movements of high difficulty for me, for example, the movement called "Pull to Touch" is a movement that I am starting to train and I like to do it before starting my training routine. Thanks to this estimate I was able to realize that I was stronger, because this movement came out better than in previous times.
When I started my training routine, I was able to feel less forced with the exercises performed, in addition to the fact that I have been able to reduce the minutes of my rest between series and they have not affected me. My postures and resistance of the various movements I did have been more solid, which gave me the impression that I have improved my control and mastery of the strength and variations of the Front Lever.
The most notable movements that I did in my training routine and I noticed my improvement a lot have been: Pull a Touch, Front Lever Pull Ups, Touch Wide and Double Victorian Lever on a bar, the latter with a wide and neutral grip.
Thanks to this, I am going to make a change in my training routines to continue having constant progress and development.
