En lo que fue el año 2022 tuve muchas aspiraciones como conseguir ciertos movimientos tanto dinámicos como estáticos lo cual no fue nada fácil por ciertas lesiones y poca organización de tiempo pero se logró la mayoría de cosas en este video les quiero mostrar varias cosas que se pudo lograr.

Sin embargo, pude compartir un gran día en el municipio Ayacucho, San Juan de colon con mis compañeros de entrenamiento @henrrysworkout que con su amistad y amabilidad se pudo disfrutar un día muy agradable

También tuve la gran experiencia de conocer a @manuelramos, el cual nos enseñó sobre este proyecto y sin dudar me anime a apoyar en todo lo que podía aspirando este año poder lograr muchas cosas y poder asistir a los eventos y dar mi máximo esfuerzo en todo
