OMG… your words sound extremely hard in my mind. I feel very identified with you, never stopping, having anxiety attacks and forcing myself to take a breath, even though I know I need it.

I’m very sorry for your lost. He is in a better place for sure, but also what happened maybe makes you see life different. I also lost a friend a couple of months ago, and I’m trying to make a change after that.

It’s difficult. Self-demanding is not a very good friend.
