It would have been nice to get there in the spring/summer months as it gets winter up there sooner than later, but, it's all good. Autumn is beautiful up there too. People tend to hide in their houses more in the colder months. I love the seasonal changes, so I like the outdoor life.
Black beans with bacon, minced meat, and a baguette! Yummy Always a salad on the side. It is a ritual.
