Loyalty in Relationships and how it affect partners.

Wow, today is Sunday, as usual i went to church to worship the creator of all things. I came back, decided to look into and ponder on this weekend prompt #21 that says,

"What does loyalty mean to you? How does it play into your relationships in life?."

For me, loyalty is an interwoven word connecting to so many words like; Love, Faithfulness, commitment, co-operation, addiction to each other , confidence respect, support and so many others words like these very numerous to mention.

Whatever you are loyal to... You also love.
We have this knowledge, i and my husband have been applying them and our relationship is working and in peace, we support each other, we respect each other, each of us knows our boundaries.

Loyalty could be applied to anything, it could be a brand of a company's product you constantly love to purchase constantly without making changes to other companies products, at that point, you are said to be a loyal buyer to that particular product and the company.

By the love you have developed over time about this product or the company, you now find it difficult to try other brands of that Same product from other companies.

Being loyal to a particular person, husband, wife, family, friend or at your work place has the same demands as being loyal in relationships .Mostly in marriage.

Being someone else's partner in marriage or in friendship is never a blind move.

You must be able to adapt and tolerate some certain behaviors or signals you may not totally agree with in other to keep your own relationship. Remember, no body is perfect including you. Try to tolerate each other on some minor things so as to keep the union together and alive.

There are some likeable attributes that would have attracted your attention to that particular individual. Now as both of you have loved each other or decided to have pure or raw faith to each other, both of you will then start building up that particular attraction and others attractions too.

You try communicating on points and agreement is reached about it.

Being loyal to someone does not mean he or she is perfect in all live's aspect. Because marriage or intimacy is the joining together of different imperfect individuals trying to make themselves perfect in agreement, actions and conducts all through a long period of time.

But because you have decided to love each other , both of you now have to apply wisdom by having patience, love, loyalty and commitment to every other aspects that that person is failing or not meeting up to your own expectations, believing that he or she will change for better or for the best in those areas that's not as you would love or agree with.

No one is absolutely perfect in life bear this in mind as you are in relationship or about to enter one. That means waiting patiently for a better version of he or she is a good way of showing commitment, love, care and loyalty to both partners in that relationship.

By this quantity of love, faith in your heart, actions and conducts to that person, you are absolutely a loyal partner to that fellow even in times of troubles of life both big and small, you are still abiding with him or her with words of encouragement, commitment to what he or she loves to be sure there are restorations that can lead to growth and the greatness of that your partner.... This is a complete commitment and loyalty in relationships.

You are always doing what will make him or her happy, have peace inside and outside in life, you are respectful, supportive, protective, honest, reliable, trusted by each other, to me this is the totality of being loyal to your partner in any relationship be it marriage, friendship or in the families where father, mother and the children live together.

Yes... believe you me, you are absolutely loyal to that relationship..

Building each person up in life, by supporting and encouraging quality growth and improvement of life now and in the future. To me, these are knowledgeable ways of being loyal in your relationships.

Being loyal to your family members, leads you to a consciousness efforts for doing the right things not bringing sadness or shame to the rest of your family members.

Most times, it's very difficult to continue being loyal sometimes to a toxic person but because you love him or her, you have been very committed to him or her you quickly forget, forgive and make amends about the ugly issues believing to continue working hard with the fellow to keep the relationship on going and alive.

When both of you can't add some level of patience, changes, faith and love, forgiveness to your partner, you are actually not loyal or committed to him or her or even to the relationship.

And the relationship can't last. Loyalty, love, patience, confidence and commitment are both the foundation and the building blocks in every relationships from one partner to the other. Both partners should wear these garment till forever if both of you want to continue remaining in that relationship.

Try to understand and study your partner, keep his boundaries for him, apply patience, ignore certain things and it will work for both of you.
