I won't have to choose one. I already own the Shore House (on the Eastern Shore of Virginia) and live in the Washington, DC metro area. The other house is in wine country in Virginia, in the mountains.

Yes, you have your shore house, so a beautiful house in the mountains would be a nice add when you want to move out of the area you live in now. You can have both worlds. Wonderful 😊
We want to do that too, after renting and we found a house to settle down. We want to get another one in a whole different area and maybe even state. For investment, but also for us to go too once in a while so we see more of the country, explore etc.

A few things changed but it shouldn’t matter for us. It just takes a little while, so I can research more, prepare etc. it will be all worth it 🥰 sooo worth it.
