Good day to all hivians out there, how are you today? Are you guys having a good day? If not, then why don't you read my blog for a moment maybe you'll be satisfied with my work or perhaps not. In this blog I will share with you how I became obsessed with books and how reading became my passion.
Reminder, this content is only my understanding about reading, some statement might appear different by you own thoughts and Ideas about reading.
Initially before we proceed, I would like to express my gratitude to @indayclara for giving me a lot of books to read, she helped me develop a great passion (reading) without her knowing.
How reading became my passion
Back on my younger days reading a book is not a big deal to me, believing it has no benefits and is not enjoyable. I never hated reading I just don't like it because it looks like a waste of time not until @indayclara gave me a lot of books two weeks ago, that very moment I began to understand the main purpose of books and realize that reading is beneficial, I became obsessed with it in an instant and reading became my comfort zone.
My perfect time for reading
In my own opinion a perfect time for reading is when there is peace and nothing causes distraction. I usually read books early in the morning after jogging for at least 20 minutes, it is the right for me because @callmesmile says that the hiking or jogging for at least 15 to 30 minutes can make us focus to a certain thing, I think it's effective though.
How reading became my comfort zone
There are times in our life where we can't accept reality. Reading is my medicine whenever reality feels unreal, I read books whenever reality hits me critically. Reading a book brings me to a certain place without me traveling. I love roaming around with my imagination and escape life's unavoidable struggles.
Reading is a strength
Even if you are skinny you can be the strongest man in the world by just reading. Like everybody said–knowledge is power– which is true, but in order to obtain knowledge a person must read.
Reading is vital to every dreamer
Reading is essential for those who wants to be on the top. You guys are wondering why it is important to read in order to become extraordinary, it is because reading is the main method of storing knowledge, by just reading plenty of books for at least a month (depends on what type of book) a person is able to lead a group of people due to its magnificent critical thinking and advance mindset.
In conclusion reading is as sharp as a sword, when our mind is filled with knowledge nothing is impossible. Just a reminder that reading or storing knowledge is not limited to academics it can also be useful in different aspects in life. Reading is an important ingredient of creating a legacy. Strengthen your mind, reach your dreams and start reading.

Reading books is really a fun or you may call it an Art which is not everyone's cup of tea. Very few ppls have interest in reading books and many of us just waste time on social media without getting anything back.

Happy to know you started reading some of them. My only regret was not being able to read those but still happy my old books found a new home.

We have the same hobby @penflecto! In my free time I always read novels and other books that brings me peace and knowledge! My reading skills and grammar was better than before because I kept reading!

Nice you got hooked! I love to read too! It's just that I often don't find the time or get distracted with other (often less useful) things. I finished a book on stoicism recently. I now started a book by Dave Eggers, so far it's been good!
