Great tips! I always say that engagement is key and I think engaging is even more important than writing your posts. But still, I see people just posting their stuff and hoping someone will upvote it. Who will upvote it? A random dude who accidentally stumbled across your post?

This is how I saw my first growth back in 2017 in the Steemit days. You have to put yourself out there to rise above the background noise and make those all-important connections that will help you rise above it.
Great post... just kidding! Many people want quick rewards without putting in any effort, and honestly, I'd love that too. But for most of us, that's not how things work, and this video perfectly highlights that!
Take the time to find content creators who share your interests and engage with them because you genuinely enjoy their work, not for rewards. Be authentic and carve out your own space here on Hive.
Or, you can try to take the easy route, hope to get lucky, and possibly end up quitting after a short period. Ultimately, it's up to the individual.

Nice video and tips! Sadly not many people understand the real importance of engaging with the others and easily fall into the spam category where if they leave lots of comments in a short period of time think they are engaging but it's just a fake impression.
