Metas 2024

Algo que hacemos culturalmente en este primer mes del año es escribir nuestras metas para lo que resta de año. Así como lo he mencionado anteriormente, enero es una nueva página en blanco, la primera de un año que se escribe en doce meses. He decidido hacer un pequeño post para redactar mis metas que espero cumplir antes de que acabe el 2024.
Hace algunos días escribí incluso sobre metas familiares, aquellas metas u objetivos que deseo alcanzar como padre, esposo, hijo, hermano y con mi pequeño núcleo familiar compuesto de tres personas, sin embargo, este pequeño post es enfocado sobre metas financieras y educativas.
Uno de los aspectos claves para cualquiera que desee escribir sus metas, es saber que son alcanzables, además de saber que las metas más grandes se logran con el cumplimiento de objetivos pequeños que a veces no escribimos, pero de igual manera hay que tenerlos en cuenta para poder cumplir esas metas para este nuevo año, después de todo, no esperaremos sentados a que todo nos caiga del cielo, ¿o sí?
Mis Metas Financieras
Así como muchos sabrán, Venezuela es un país un poco complicado, sin embargo, finales del 2022 y el 2023 fueron unos años en donde se pudo recuperar algo del nicho en que trabajo como independiente con una pequeña empresa que cree hace ya varios años. Es una empresa de repuestos automotrices que se vio afectada por la crisis de gasolina, sin embargo, he podido recuperar algunos contactos y he podido entablar negociaciones con nuevos clientes este año, aunque eso significa que este año debo trabajar mucho más en este pequeño negocio.

Quiero hacer crecer este negocio así como antes de la pandemia, sin embargo, hay un largo camino por delante, como idear una estrategia de marketing, además de ajustar nuestra tienda online en Mercado Libre, la cual en este momento se encuentra en pausa, debo organizar listas de precios y contactar a los viejos clientes, pero además buscar nuevos clientes y estrategias de fidelidad.
Me encantaría terminar el año con este crecimiento y que se traduzca en una automatización de procesos para tener una mejor organización de tiempo, ya que también deseo crecer en otras áreas en paralelo.
Crecimiento en Hive
A pesar de muchas cosas, mi stake en Hive ha ido aumentando con los años, no como yo lo quisiera, pero de a poco he ido aumentando mi cuenta, me gustaría tener más Hive Power y tener además un monto en Hive que sea suficientemente significativo para esperar un Pump en cualquier momento. Muchos tenemos en stake, pero al momento de un fuerte pump es bueno tener algo en líquido.
Para esta meta no puedo colocar un monto fijo, debido a que mi familia siempre estará en primer lugar, y si es necesario debo usar Hive, sin embargo, mi meta es crecer no solo en stake, también hacer crecer la comunidad Family & Friends, crecer como Hive Builder y trabajar en proyectos que sean positivos para nuestra amada cadena de bloques. Siento que he comenzado con buen pie en este sentido, sin embargo, falta mucho y son tantas cosas que hay en mi cabeza qué deseo hacer.
En Educación
Soy profesional, sin embargo, junto a mi esposa estoy estudiando mi segunda carrera, pero hemos parado en cuanto a nuestra universidad por diferentes razones, espero este año continuar en mi camino universitario, además, me he propuesto mejorar mi inglés que tanta falta me hace en este momento.
Mejorar en la Organización de mi Tiempo
Algo que siempre me ha costado es a ser organizado con mi tiempo, a veces siento que se me escurre entre las manos y termino un día sin hacer mucho de lo que planeaba hacer, hay cosas que no puedo controlar, pero a veces es necesario organizarme y tener hábitos que me ayuden a ser productivo y que al mismo tiempo pueda dedicarle lo suficiente a mi familia.
Una vez leí en algún lado que estar ocupado no significa ser más productivo, así que mi intensión no es ocuparme demasiado, mi meta es ser productivo y aprovechar mis horas de trabajo al máximo, algo que parece muy fácil, pero realmente es un aspecto en el cual debo mejorar mucho.
Esta última meta es creo la más importante, lograr tener buenos hábitos y saber controlar mi tiempo para ser eficiente y productivo en todos los trabajos que tengo que hacer, es algo indispensable para lograr mis otras metas.
Espero regresar a este post en diciembre y tener la satisfacción de haber logrado lo que me he propuesto en este mes de enero.

I have decided to make a small post to write down my goals that I hope to accomplish before the end of 2024.
A few days ago I even wrote about family goals, those goals or objectives that I wish to achieve as a father, husband, son, brother and with my small nuclear family of three people, however, this short post is focused on financial and educational goals.
One of the key aspects for anyone who wants to write their goals, is to know that they are achievable, and also to know that the biggest goals are achieved with the fulfillment of small objectives that sometimes we do not write, but still we must take them into account in order to meet those goals for this new year, after all, we will not wait sitting down for everything to fall from the sky, will we?
My Financial Goals
As many of you know, Venezuela is a complicated country, however, the end of 2022 and 2023 were years in which I was able to recover some of the niche in which I work as an independent with a small company that I created several years ago. It is an automotive parts company that was affected by the petrol crisis, however, I have been able to recover some contacts and I have been able to start negotiations with new clients this year, although that means that this year I have to work much more on this small business.

I want to grow this business as well as before the pandemic, however, there is a long way to go, such as devising a marketing strategy, plus tweaking our online shop on Mercado Libre, which is currently on hiatus, I must organise price lists and contact old customers, but also look for new customers and loyalty strategies.
I would love to finish the year with this growth and that it translates into an automation of processes to have a better organisation of time, as I also want to grow in other areas in parallel.
Growth at Hive
Despite many things, my stake in Hive has been increasing over the years, not as I would like, but little by little I have been increasing my account, I would like to have more Hive Power and also have an amount in Hive that is significant enough to expect a Pump at any time. Many of us have stakes, but at the moment of a strong pump it is good to have something liquid.
For this goal I can't set a fixed amount, because my family will always come first, and if necessary I must use Hive, however, my goal is to grow not only in stake, but also to grow the Family & Friends community, grow as a Hive Builder and work on projects that are positive for our beloved blockchain. I feel like I'm off to a good start in this regard, however, there is still a long way to go and there are so many things in my head that I want to do.
In Education
I am a professional, however, together with my wife I am studying my second career, but we have stopped in terms of our university for different reasons, I hope this year to continue in my university path, in addition, I have proposed to improve my English that I need so much at the moment.
Improving my Time Management
Something that has always been difficult for me is to be organized with my time, sometimes I feel that it slips through my hands and I end a day without doing much of what I planned to do, there are things that I can't control, but sometimes it is necessary to organize myself and have habits that help me to be productive and at the same time I can dedicate enough time to my family.
I once read somewhere that being busy doesn't mean being more productive, so my intention is not to be too busy, my goal is to be productive and make the most of my working hours, something that seems very easy, but it is really an aspect in which I need to improve a lot.
This last goal is I think the most important one, having good habits and knowing how to control my time to be efficient and productive in all the jobs I have to do, is something indispensable to achieve my other goals.
I hope to come back to this post in December and have the satisfaction of having achieved what I have set out to do in January.

Es verdad que cuando llega enero esto nos da la sensación de un nuevo comienzo, una nueva oportunidad para ser mejores y cumplir las metas propuestas. Son muy buenos tus planes para este año, coincido en que debemos saber manejar mejor nuestro tiempo, esto es muy importante para ser más productivos. Espero que todas tus metas se cumplan 🙌
