Hello my beautiful people of Hive, welcome to my blogs!
I hope you had a happy valentine's day, today as well as all days are ideal to give and receive love, love for family, love for friends, self love, love for life ....
To get into context, since I was a little girl I have loved to draw, it was one of my favorite hobbies and although I have never attended art schools, I am not bad at it; although I know I still have a lot to learn.
I want to share with my dear readers one of my works, created about a year ago, I confess that in my life I thought I was able to make a portrait or draw someone's face, but one day while I was showing my boyfriend a drawing that I had made for my mom to take to school where she works, he challenged me to draw his face.
After thinking a bit about whether to take on the challenge and put my skills into practice, I decided to try it with a picture that he had sent me a few days ago, I took a paper, pencil and eraser; I began my drawing by sketching the face, followed by the parts and features of the face and culminated by shading and giving the final details to the drawing (including the rose). When I saw my work finished, I was surprised by the results I got after underestimating myself and not believing I was capable of doing something that according to my creativity, could be easy to do; as it happened.
how to draw a face the first time and not fail in the attempt? The key is to believe in your skills and abilities. When you doubt yourself, remember that with perseverance, or in its effect, at the first attempt you can successfully do what you want or what you have struggled to achieve.
To conclude, among the things I love to do, drawing is one of those that transmits me an indescribable tranquility; it's like reading that book that catches you in such a way that you immerse yourself in it until the end, no matter how long it takes you to finish it.
Thanks for visiting my blog, see you next time!
