Holis, Soyros y está es mi introducción en HIVE [Espero/Eng]

¡Holis! ¿Qué tal todo? Hoy me uno a este espacio que gracias al 5to Global Pizza Party 2025, descubrí que es más que un entorno digital para compartir experiencias o momentos importantes de nuestras vidas. En realidad, son una familia muy espontánea que ve el mundo en todo su esplendor y no teme a expresar su esencia ante los demás.

Mi nombre es Rosmary Fernández, pero para ustedes seré @soyros. Me encantan los diminutivos y más con un nombre tan extenso, ¿no? Tengo 21 años de edad y soy de una isla caribeña muy bella: “Isla de Margarita”, parte de Venezuela, y estoy segura que no existe ser humano que no se enamore de sus playas cristalinas, de sus paisajes y de sus atardeceres. Amo haber nacido, crecido y seguir viviendo en esta isla; me hace sentir especial, hasta que recuerdo que soy alérgica a la playa, al sol y a la arena, y todo deja de tener sentido.

Hace un par de meses terminé mi primera carrera, Derecho, en la Universidad de Margarita, mayormente conocida como Unimar o como yo suelo decirle: “lugar lleno de sueños”. Debido a su ambiente, estos últimos cuatro años fueron muy satisfactorios; simplemente es como estar en otro mundo.

Justo ahora estoy en espera de mi graduación; será en noviembre y prometo compartirles cada momento: desde la firma del libro, la caravana, la imposición de medallas y el conferimiento de títulos. Es justo y necesario; además, ¿qué haré con cientos de fotos si no las comparto?

Sin embargo, soy muy persistente cuando quiero algo. Mis madres dicen que eso no es persistencia, sino terquedad, y que por supuesto no lo heredé de ellas. Como dije, terminé mi primera carrera, pero aunque el Derecho me salvó cuando no podía estudiar la carrera soñada (¡agradecimientos al COVID-19!), continué con mi persistencia y hoy formo parte de los estudiantes de nuevo ingreso en la carrera de “Medicina” en la Universidad de Oriente. Lo sé, es un cambio drástico; los puntos coherentes no se conectan, pero el lado positivo es que puedo disfrazar negligencia médica. Estoy mintiendo; lo juro: no sería capaz.

Mis días no puedo decir que son normales y menos con mi hija perruna Mya Colucci. Solo le falta hablar; es ese tipo de mascota que entendió la vibra y sabe que es parte de la familia. Al llegar la hora de hacer comida, me levanta de lo que esté haciendo a fuerza de ladridos y aquí puedo confirmar que las mascotas son como sus dueños: ¡qué canina tan persistente! Pero no podría vivir sin ella.

Quiero agradecer a @rlathulerie, quien forma parte del grupo HIVE Margarita por permitirme conocer este espacio creativo. Su entusiasmo y conocimiento extenso en esta plataforma me incentivaron a compartir con ustedes quién es soyros y a su vez conocerlos.

Mis aspiraciones en HIVE son concretas: “compartirles mi vida”. No toda por supuesto; se aburrirían. Pero sí lo que me gusta hacer: los lugares lindos que suelo visitar, los atardeceres, mis rutinas saludables, mis alimentos no saludables y por supuesto mis días como universitaria.

En fin, esta soy yo. Espero que hayan disfrutado de la lectura. ¡Estoy emocionada de comenzar esta aventura con ustedes!

How's it going? Today I join this space that thanks to the 5th Global Pizza Party 2025, I discovered that it is more than a digital environment to share experiences or important moments of our lives. In reality, they are a very spontaneous family that sees the world in all its splendor and is not afraid to express its essence to others.

My name is Rosmary Fernández, but for you I'll be @soyros. I love diminutives and even more with such a long name, don't you? I'm 21 years old and I'm from a very beautiful Caribbean island: “Isla de Margarita”, part of Venezuela, and I'm sure there is no human being who doesn't fall in love with its crystal clear beaches, its landscapes and its sunsets. I love being born, raised and still living on this island; it makes me feel special, until I remember that I am allergic to the beach, the sun and the sand, and everything stops making sense.

A couple of months ago I finished my first degree, Law, at the University of Margarita, mostly known as Unimar or as I usually call it: “place full of dreams”. Because of its environment, these last four years were very satisfying; it is simply like being in another world.

Right now I am waiting for my graduation; it will be in November and I promise to share every moment with you: from the book signing, the caravan, the medal presentation and the conferring of degrees. It is only fair and necessary; besides, what will I do with hundreds of photos if I don't share them?

However, I am very persistent when I want something. My mothers say that this is not persistence, but stubbornness, and of course I did not inherit it from them. As I said, I finished my first career, but although Law saved me when I could not study my dream career (thanks to COVID-19!), I continued with my persistence and today I am part of the new students in the “Medicine” career at the Universidad de Oriente. I know, it's a drastic change; the coherent dots don't connect, but the bright side is that I can disguise medical malpractice. I'm lying; I swear: I wouldn't be able to.

I can't say my days are normal, especially not with my doggy daughter Mya Colucci. She only needs to talk; she is that kind of pet that understood the vibe and knows she is part of the family. When it's time to make food, she gets me up from whatever she's doing by barking and here I can confirm that pets are like their owners: what a persistent canine! But I couldn't live without her.

I want to thank @rlathulerie, who is part of the HIVE Margarita group for allowing me to know this creative space. Her enthusiasm and extensive knowledge of this platform encouraged me to share with you who she is and to get to know you.

My aspirations in HIVE are concrete: “to share my life with you”. Not all of it, of course; you'd get bored. But what I like to do: the beautiful places I visit, the sunsets, my healthy routines, my unhealthy foods and of course my days as a college student.
