Ya estamos de vuelta por aquí, mis queridos blockchainers sed bienvenidos😊. Me gustaría a través de este post aportar algo de información sobre lo que son los NFTs y algunos de sus usos mas conocidos. Esta es una tecnología que me apasiona y quiero compartir mis humildes conocimientos con quien quiera quedarse a leer estas líneas que hoy escribo. No soy el mayor experto en esta tecnología pero llevo usándola desde 2017 y creo que en todos estos años he aprendido un poco sobre este increible mundo de los NFT😅.
We are back here, my dear blockchainers welcome😊. I would like through this post to provide some information about what NFTs are and some of their most known uses. This is a technology that I am passionate about and I want to share my humble knowledge with whoever wants to stay and read these lines that I am writing today. I am not the biggest expert in this technology but I have been using it since 2017 and I think that in all these years I have learned a little bit about this incredible world of NFT😅.
Voy a empezar por contaros que los NFTs no serán la respuesta a todos nuestros problemas, como algunos dicen, ni tampoco podemos decir que son un simple jpeg sin valor alguno, como dicen otros. Los NFTs están aquí para quedarse y es muy importante entender las capacidades que nos ofrecen para así estar preparados para sacarle partido si nos es posible, al principio de una implementación tecnológica es cuando mejores oportunidades se presentan.
I'm going to start by telling you that NFTs will not be the answer to all our problems, as some say, nor can we say that they are a simple jpeg with no value, as others say. NFTs are here to stay and it is very important to understand the capabilities they offer us to be prepared to take advantage of them if possible, at the beginning of a technological implementation is when the best opportunities are presented.
Empezaremos explicando brevemente que son, los NFTs o tokens no fungibles son activos digitales autentificados mediante tecnología blockchain, que nos ofrecen una gran cantidad de recursos tecnológicos de gran valor. Estos activos son únicos, no pueden ser divididos, ni pueden ser copiados ni modificados. A través de un número de identificación puede verificarse fácilmente su autenticidad y trazabilidad ofreciéndonos así una gran transparencia. Estos activos digitales nos ofrecen una gran variedad de utilidades, las cuales trataremos hoy aquí.
We will start by briefly explaining what they are, NFTs or non-fungible tokens are digital assets authenticated through blockchain technology, which offer us a large number of technological resources of great value. These assets are unique, they cannot be divided, nor can they be copied or modified. Through an identification number, their authenticity and traceability can be easily verified, thus offering us excellent transparency. These digital assets provide us with a great variety of utilities, which we will discuss today.
Continuaremos dividiendo las utilidades entre el mundo digital y el real, mayormente las utilidades se dan en el mundo digital a través de la Web3. En menor medida se dan en el mundo real, como por ejemplo con la tokenizacion de un inmueble (real state)⛪️.
We will continue to divide the utilities between the digital world and the real world, mostly the utilities are in the digital world through the Web3. To a lesser extent, they occur in the real world, for example with the tokenization of a real estate (real state)⛪️.
Después deberíamos dividir los NFTs entre los que tienen algún tipo de uso y los que no. Los NFTs pueden ser programados a través de un smart contract (contrato inteligente) para ofrecer cualidades adjuntas al activo. Un NFT sin usabilidad solo puede ser de carácter artístico.
We should then divide NFTs into those that have some kind of use and those that do not. NFTs can be programmed through a smart contract (smart contract) to offer qualities attached to the asset. An NFT without usability can only be artistic.

🔹Tierras virtuales o lands ofrecerán a sus propietarios ingresos pasivos por sistemas de alquiler y publicidad. Podrán ser plataformas gamificadas o no. Algunos ejemplos serian Spheroid y Over.

🔹La propiedad de un inmueble, un coche o cualquier otra propiedad puede ser demostrada con un NFT. Estos eventos se están empezando a dar y en no mucho tiempo veremos como su uso se extenderá por las instituciones.
The ownership of the real estate, a car, or any other property can be demonstrated with an NFT. These events are starting to happen and in no time we will see how their use will spread throughout the institutions.
🔹Las entradas para un concierto o evento similar, ofreciendo un sistema de autenticado anti copia que en un futuro será el standard en todo el mundo.
Tickets for a concert or similar event, offering an anti-copy authentication system that in the future will be the standard worldwide.
🔹Pases de membresía de grupos, asociaciones, clubs o marcas que ofrecen diversas opciones como pueden ser descuentos, cursos, actividades, etc.

🔹Nombre de dominios web, algunos ejemplos son Ethereum Name Service y Unstoppable Domains.

🔹Artísticos, obras de arte de artistas reconocidos o no, su valor es determinado por el artista y/o su comunidad. Un ejemplo puede ser Beeple.

🔹Audio, video o fotografía, un video musical, un clip de video o una fotografía pueden tokenizarse y convertirse a NFT para poder ser vendido, un meme, una canción, un tweet, etc., las posibilidades son infinitas.

🔹Licencias de software o las herramientas para desarrolladores se pueden distribuir como un token NFT. Pueden proporcionar acceso por tiempo limitado o perpetuo. La transferencia del activo pasaría la licencia al nuevo propietario.
Software licenses or developer tools can be distributed as an NFT token. They can provide time-limited or perpetual access. Transfer of the asset would pass the license to the new owner.
🔹Profile picture (PFP NFT), es un token digital o una obra de arte diseñada para mostrarse como la imagen de perfil de las redes sociales de una persona, algunos ejemplos son Bored Ape y Crypto Punks. Pueden tener utilidad o no y son coleccionables, si los puedes pagar claro.
Profile picture (PFP NFT), is a digital token or artwork designed to be displayed as a person's social media profile picture, some examples are Bored Ape and Crypto Punks. They may or may not be useful and are collectible if you can afford them of course.
🔹En el mundo coleccionable, el tiempo de los álbumes de cromos está llegando a su fin y los NFTs van a coger el relevo, se podrán añadir nuevas capacidades a estas colecciones como pueden ser con el completado de la colección o la tenencia de tokens raros o muy raros que podrían desbloquear alguna recompensa, por poner unos ejemplos, la NBA, la FIFA y DC entre otros están tomando posiciones en el mundo de los coleccionables NFT.
In the collectible world, the time of the sticker albums is coming to an end and NFTs are going to take over, new capabilities can be added to these collections such as the completion of the collection or the holding of rare or very rare tokens that could unlock rewards, to give a few examples, NBA, FIFA, and DC among others are taking positions in the world of NFT collectibles.
🔹Juegos gamificados (GameFi), dentro de un juego blockchain los NFTs pueden ser personajes, objetos como armas y armaduras, edificaciones, tierras que trabajar de algún modo y cualquier otra cosa que pueda ser usada en el juego como una poción curativa o un power up dándote así la propiedad de tus activos en el juego, que podrás usar, vender o intercambiar.
Gamified games (GameFi), within a blockchain game the NFTs can be characters, objects such as weapons and armor, buildings, lands to work in some way, and anything else that can be used in the game such as a healing potion or a power up thus giving you ownership of your assets in the game, which you can use, sell or trade.
🔹NFTs para recaudación de fondos para empresas y ONG, las nuevas empresas, las personas y las ONG pueden vender NFTs para financiar sus proyectos. Los NFTs que venda una empresa para financiarse pueden ser activos financieros pasivos que irían recompensando a los poseedores de estos por su inversión.
NFTs for fundraising for companies and NGOs, start-ups, individuals, and NGOs can sell NFTs to finance their projects. NFTs sold by a company to finance itself can be passive financial assets that would reward the holders of the NFTs for their investment.
Estos son solo algunos de los ejemplos de las opciones que nos da la tecnología blockchain y los NFTs, no está nada mal. Ahora mismo no somos capaces de ver todos los usos que le daremos a esta nueva tecnología, de la misma manera que al principio de internet no éramos capaces de ver todo lo que llegaríamos a hacer en la red.
These are just some examples of the options that blockchain technology and NFTs give us, not bad at all. Right now we are not able to see all the uses that we will give to this new technology, in the same way, that at the beginning of the Internet we were not able to see everything that we would be able to do on the network.

🔹cNFT o NFT colateral
Un cNFT es un NFT que contiene una cierta cantidad de tokens (por ejemplo ERC-20) como garantía en su interior. En cualquier momento, el propietario de cNFT puede quemar el token y recibir la participación que lleva en su interior. Este token tendría su propio valor de mercado, además del valor de los tokens colateralizados en su interior. En caso de venderse, el vendedor también transfiere el derecho a recibir los tokens apostados en él.
Un cNFT se puede utilizar como garantía para un préstamo y en el caso de que este no fuese devuelto se perdería la propiedad del activo para cubrir la deuda.
Lo más usado en este momento con los cNFT es con tokens (NFT) ERC-721 con un colateral (FT) ERC-20.
A cNFT is an NFT that contains a certain amount of tokens (e.g. ERC-20) as collateral inside. At any time, the owner of cNFT can burn the token and receive the stake inside it. This token would have its own market value, in addition to the value of the collateralized tokens inside it. If sold, the seller also transfers the right to receive the tokens staked on it.
A cNFT can be used as collateral for a loan and in the event that the loan is not repaid, ownership of the asset would be lost to cover the debt.
Most commonly used at this time with cNFTs is with ERC-721 tokens (NFT) with ERC-20 collateral (FT).
🔹xNFT o NFT "ejecutable/executable"
Un xNFT es un programa ejecutable de una aplicación Web3 que hereda la propiedad de un NFT. Los xNFT crearán aplicaciones descentralizadas para el ecosistema NFT y con esta tecnología se podrá tener acceso a todos sus NFTs y sus propiedades. Está empezando en la red de Solana pero seguramente ira saltando a otras cadenas.
An xNFT is an executable program of a Web3 application that inherits ownership of an NFT. The xNFTs will create decentralized applications for the NFT ecosystem and with this technology you can have access to all your NFTs and their properties. It is starting on the Solana network but will surely jump to other networks.
🔹fNFT o NFT "fraccionado/fractionated"
Un fNFT es la posibilidad de adquirir NFTs muy valiosos entre varias personas. Un NFT no puede ser dividido, pero a través de un smart contract se puede participar de la compra como si estuviésemos tratando con acciones o participaciones.
