Hoy quiero compartir un ejercicio de escritura que hice. En su momento me ayudo a desahogar mi sentir. Las emociones y los sentimientos que provocaba la situación, los transforme en palabras reflexivas.
Aprender a gestionar mis emociones me ha dado la libertad y el poder de cambiar un momento por otro y dejar una enseñanza. Es así como realice este poema catártico y reflexivo.

Today I want to share a writing exercise I did. At the time it helped me to unburden my feelings. The emotions and feelings that the situation provoked, I transformed them into reflective words.
Learning to manage my emotions has given me the freedom and power to change one moment for another and leave a lesson. That is how I created this cathartic and reflective poem.
