the second art "7 Basquiat African Masks by aemile-kh" looks more like AI generated art works. I hope you understand what that means.
Yes I'm well aware and it's clearly stated in the post 👍 they are made with midjourney
Oh, I see it now. I wasn't aware of the MidJourney app, so I had no idea what that sentence meant while reading through that post, but I was certain that those were AI-generated artworks.
That was the reason I mentioned it in the comments section. Some users inside Hive, like artutux take full ownership of AI-generated artworks as their own drawings by giving false iterations. That was the reason why pointed it out.
Yes for sure it can be an issue of transparency, having played with these apps myself though it is not always easy to get a beautiful result, it takes a lot of time and creativity tweaking settings so I definitely think it is a valid art form but I can understand why it is controversial!
