Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you are doing well. For almost a week now, I have been doing some additional activities in my life. And this is what makes me a little calmer and can release my emotions. What do I do? I follow one of the YouTubers who uses an emotional release method that is quite amazing for me. The method is the Sedona Method, this method is not yet widely available in Indonesia.
Where today I can think calmly, I can forgive some things in the past, and I feel that my life, even though there are problems, I feel calm. I follow the release from the Sedona Method Indonesia and I follow the release in several of its videos. In a day, I use the release video from the Sedona Method at least once. I do it before going to bed.
After I resigned, it felt like my life collapsed. There are many things that I feel, but I can't tell you here. Until finally, I felt disappointed and hopeless. Actually, I have been studying meditation for a long time. Occasionally, my instincts strengthen me during meditation. It's just that I don't meditate regularly. Until finally, I found this video. I feel like this video is very powerful.
It turned out that it allowed me to get rid of some of my emotions and fears. And from there I realized that there was a lot of emotional baggage that was still buried within me. Baggage of anger, baggage of emotions of fear, worry, and so on. So that sometimes my life felt uninspired, it felt empty and hollow.
Actually, I have been journaling for a long time, but it turned out that it did not have a significant impact on me. Until finally, maybe in April, I found this video. And it turned out that there were several videos in this video that were not free and required membership, and I also helped clean them up. How was the result?
And this helped me quite a bit and it had an impact on my life and soul. I still have some things that need to be sorted out. Maybe I will do this for the last month. Until, my chest feels light and calm again. Maybe that's all I can tell you, what do you think? Don't forget to give a comment.
