▪️In the European Union, a new inflation record was set in July + 9.8%, after previous records in June + 9.6%, in May + 8.8% and in April + 8.1%, - Eurostat

▪️+39.6% - A jump in energy prices in the European Union, largely due to anti-Russian sanctions, made the main contribution to record inflation in July. Primary (unprocessed) foodstuffs went up by +11.1%.

▪️Inflation in 16 EU countries has become double-digit (10% or more)
