Hello all! Another week and it’s time again to do another #myhivegoals post, a series idea started by started by @jongolson. This also doubles as my weekly progress report for #saturdaysavers, which is a fun little group that tries to motivate everyone to save and reach their goals. I’m going to look at the progress I’ve made on my Hive goals, as well as give a few tokens I’m looking at right now. If you are here for the comment SBI giveaway, well, we’ll get to that too.
Let’s start with my Hive goals.
Hive & HBD
My goal for this year was 60k Hive. And I made it! Now to my stretch goal of 70k.
Last week I made 419.71, bringing me to 61104 total Hive Power. That’s 87.3% of my stretch goal!
Math time. 70k - 61104 gives us 8896. Divided out by the days till the first of next year, we get 167.8 Hive needed per day to reach 70k by that point. This just forever goes up and out of my reach.
Second Layer Tokens
BRO is still dead. I don’t want to think how much HIVE I could have bought with it before it all came crashing down…
Silver

I hit my goal for the year, partly thanks to selling some game assets. I juggle the various tokens, but HP is my main focus. This may be a good time for earning with less people active. We'll benefit if the price improves.

I'd give up the extra earnings to have more people here. Let's cross our fingers that the price improves and attracts more attention.
Me too. It does have to be able more than just earning as most won't make much. The lack of ads and having random stuff forced on you ought to be attractions. I keep saying that we need to build communities and make it fun.
Your progress is really solid, bro, you're doing great. I've already achieved my goal of 20k for this year, so now I'm feeling more relaxed!
My next goal is to improve my HBD stake. I can say that 2025 was the year of HP, now 2026 will be the year of HBD haha.

I totally agree, but at the same time, it's a damn shame I couldn't buy a few days ago when HIVE was down to a dime. 1000 HIVE for $100 is such a deal! Oh well... still pretty cheap. If only I had money!
