My Journey To The whole new world of web3...

Indeed web3 is a vast world to explore and so I found it very very fascinating and intriguing at the same time...

guess what!!!.....

Just this evening a friend of mine helped me sale my first crypto on p2p market on bybit, I will write a separate post on that later on.

It's actually my first time selling my hive off the chain, before now I just send it to someone to help me sell, but then I just had to find away to figure it myself today, and honestly speaking I'm thrilled at this whole new understanfing that i got to day.

Discoverying web3

I discovered web3 through hive blockchain and my journey is a very funny one, if you will be my guest.

So i found out about the web3 space way back in 2022 as a newbie on hive, before now, I've always wanted to improve on my writing skills, I know I could write and I need a place to express my self, I have started a personal blog on Facebook before my boss introduced me to hive...

Now i was eager and excited about it, I have never heard of web3 before now, I don't know how it works or anything, so when my boss told me this web3, it sounded new me, but well I just knew it to be one of those upgrade on the web like we have 2D, 3D, 4HD and so forth, never really knew its quite complex and vast.

All I knew was to just write whether I earn or not wasn't a thing for me was just excited to find a place I could publish content and that I could grow developing my self and my skills, but however as I progress it was really getting interesting as well as confusing...

I would proudly say that all I have learnt uptill now and which I'm still digging to discover more has been self taught, during my early days I would spend time trying to understand what hive is all about, what is blockchain how is hive a blockchain and how does one earn, like i was trying so hard to understand the link between contention and how it is monitized, since i found out that it is totally decentralized, this web3 blockchain thing I want to know and understand it, but it was hard, I recall one time I spent almost all night reading up about blocks and how they are connected or chained together hence the name blockchain.

I dug up some facts as to how the whole content stuff works and that gave me an edge and that really opens my eyes up to alot of how the systems works, altho I had a little set backs and that was my phone....

So I only was just stuck up on the content creation aspect of web3 which also happens to be my favorite, recall that I wanted a place I can express my self and as times goes on I found other aspect of web3 really cool..

I got into the web3 gaming started with splinterlands, so I can also play game on hive and earn in game token, plus if I get to write about it I earn hive, Hbd, like what is this thing,

Then there is the singing part vibes web3 music competition, I couldn't contain my excitement at these discoveries I'm like is there anything in life that's not captured on hive, the more I know the more I want to discover more and more of it,

This is not to talk about the financial aspect of hive blockchain were its a value for value ecosystem all round, my mind could not contain it.

Alltho I had some set backs in terms of my phone which was not really compatible with some of the things I wanted to do, so I just stuck with content creation and would send out my earnings to some one for exchange,...

HIVE: everything web3

I see hive to be a conglomeration of everything web3, the endless projects and initiatives if duely followed connects you to other aspect of web3 like the initiatives by @hive-echo, the Constant new and latest updates on the @inleo projects by @khal and the inleo front end, the project which is now connected to multiple other blockchain and web3 spaces, expanding inleo beyond hive and if carefully follow through will enlighten your mind into this new dream world of web3 initiatives, all together makes web3 discovery and learning endless...

Like today when my friend helped me sale my hive off-chain for the first time I found myself ignorant about this aspect of the new internet, the whole space is too big, such that no one can truly grasp all of it dynamics thoroughly....

web3: simple, yet complex

Recently I've been trying to educate some newbie about web3 and I'm surprise at how they respond, I see the lack on knowledge gap, they really eager to learn and they really excited to want to learn, of which hive provided that seamless process of doing so, and so since the knowledge gap is huge and education is all that is needed, I would recommend that every newbie build interest first from coming in contact with hive, by sharing their experiences through blog post amd earning while doing so, it is from that stand point the whole of other aspect of web3 can be truly embraces to it fullest.
