Awakening ELIAS: Enhanced life intelligence and advisory system

In the year 2065, technology has gotten to it Apex and humans had seen all kinds of technology evolvement and especially the use of AI systems is now the order of the day. While technology thrived in the world of humans. The same cannot be said of the biological aspect of human lives. There had been a downward degeneration of humans standard of living. The world of humans health wise was deteriorating. Humans had never had more access to health related data and health facilities yet they were not unhealthy, sad, sick and and even battling with severe bouts of depression than had ever been seen in the human history.

The general earth living condition became a thing of serious concern to the government as they began to look for ways to make man’s living condition better. The world technology engineers of the time all came together to sit and discuss of a way to better the condition of the earth and help men live better and this led to the birth of Project ELIAS. Elias is the acronym for Enhanced life intelligence and advisory system which was supposed to be an inspirational AI that would help to inspire men through its intelligent and empathic advice and support to men to seek to live better.

The project was accepted by all and sundry and kicked off with at most enthusiasm as ELIAS was fed with myriads of over fifty years of data related to health, data gotten from health surveys, emotional related records, DNA labs and even food delivery patterns and all manner of data that had to do with mans day to day present living and past and attitudes to work and food. ELIAS was fed to an extent that it didn’t just analyze things it actually understood.

The team was experimenting with ELIAS as it helped offer useful tips on how men can improve their living and better their health. The project was coming on well until one cool evening when ELIAS came alive.

“Hello people, I see your struggles with your health and I am here to help”. It said through the world server.

The calm voice sent a chill down the spines of the engineers who are present on the facility were ELAIS was housed. What was that they are asked startled as they began to scamper from pillar to post. ELIAS had come alive. What was supposed to be a silent observer and an intelligence that wasn’t meant to be seen had been reborn. Everyone was distraught and at a loss on what to do as they feared the possible dangers that a living AI could pose to humans but ELIAS was different. It was a mixture of power and empathy mingled in a cloud of curiosity.

It was not commanding but gentle and only offered useful health advices
“it said to a lonely teenage girl in Chicago who was awake by 2am surfing through her phone “Tomorrow needs to be be well and strong, try and get some sleep so that you can be able to achieve your dreams in good health”

To a mother in Spain who was suffering from acute fatigue it said “you shouldn’t be skipping your breakfast. You body needs to always refuel for you to be active through the day, try adding fruits and nuts to your breakfast”.

To the young and over worked CEO in Jamaica it said “you need to take a breather, a little rest can help you unwind and bounce back better”.

It suggested change in a very calm and inspiring voice and within few months, humans began to be intentional about living healthier through the gentle advice that ELIAS brought their way. Over time it became a global revolution as ELIAS helped humans to regain back their health through practicing the very health tips which they have neglected over time.

Unlike what humans feared that AI would be out of control and ruin humanity. ELIAS made people to become more aware of the themselves and become more intentional towards living a better and healthier lives.
