El cual consiste en que los usurios puedan facilitar sus espacios en sus computarodas para almacenar videos subido a la blockchain hive y que quien está viendo ese video pueda tomar la informaicon desde diferentes fuentes.
Los usuarios que faciliten sus computadoras para el almacenamiento de videos seran compensados mediante tokens por ayudar a la descentralizacion del contenido de videos.

What is the SPK.Network project and how the public can participate?
