New question: I received 50+ HIVE from @spk-cc with the message "Partial refund due to collateral limits edb:3cf42c66b21aeffae0fdc1da1a0c61a4bde2715d". What does that mean? I had buy orders for LARYNX, but this is the first time I hear about collateral.
