that was a really interesting post to read! it is very inspiring to see how other people make arrangement of their thoughts, emotions and productivity, especially because it is such a personal matter, and there is so many thing so take care of and to do.. or considering doing. and your journal looks very nice indeed, actually i am using a similar one (black ledderish cover and thin plain sheets) and i love it so much, that I always buy the same one for years now(when the old one is full), it is such a nice way as well to look back on your thoughts and reread the journals/sketchbooks (whatever youll call it) after a while.. thanks for sharing your way:) take care!
