You didn't misunderstand—I would often stay awake for more than 24 hours without even a wink of sleep! 😅. I used to force myself to sleep after like 32 hours or more. Now, it's a little more natural, I can at least sleep 5-6 hours.

Sort:  

6 hours of sleep is my bare minimum to appear like a person, but even then sometimes I am pretty exhausted. I have not been very healthy in general and my body just needs those extra hours to heal and all that good stuff. I am impressed with people who are highly functioning with less than that.

You go girl! It is awesome you are applying method to create new and healthy habits. This post is making me more fired up to try and do the same.
