Hive Basic Income / Hive Stake Based Income. It's what Steem Basic Income turned into, and is still functioning off their old @steembasicincome account.
Some people criticise it and think of it as a "vote buying" programme but I think it's a good way to encourage people to continue producing content long term. To my knowledge, you need around 150 Units to really start seeing a difference, but 1 Unit is better than nothing and should get you started.
