The harvest has been delayed a little this year. I collect and collect, but the harvest does not end. More and more zucchini, more and more pumpkins.
A huge number of apples. There are really a lot of them this year.
I barely have time to dry them, let alone eat them fresh. Every day I dry a bucket, and apples are only added.
I've already transferred all the animals to apples. They are eaten by goats, chickens, turkeys and a dog.
We collected the last cucumbers. I specially left a few for seeds. Let's see if they sprout or not.
I keep sawing wood. Firewood as well as apples also do not run out.
It seems that there are more and more dry trees. Just yesterday I found a huge poplar tree that was hit by lightning
And tomatoes are generally a problem. There are so many of them this year.
The variety was unsuccessful. These are cherry tomatoes and they are really the size of a cherry. And there are thousands of them. I will collect it for probably another month.
But in general, a large harvest is good, the main thing is to have time to process and save everything.

Heads up about feeding whole apples to chickens. The seeds are toxic and get broken apart in the gizzard. The toxicity is cumulative, so might not be apparent until it's too late.
Thanks for the warning. They usually don't eat apples whole, only gnaw out the flesh.
