Intentional Living Space available

Good Day Good Folks.

This post started off as a reply to this comment by @ antisocialist, but it grew quite big so i thought i would share more widely.

Thanks @ antisocialist for your suggestion, and yes that's true, i could do that.

The tyres are used as a retaining wall to make a level terrace (where the now chopped, medicinal "weeds" are growing). i made it that size to leave a path down between the barn (being renovated to create a yoga space, 3 guest bedrooms & a community kitchen) and the terrace.

The width of the terrace matches the width of the cottage, creating an aesthetically pleasing space, with probably another terrace or maybe a fountain with lap pool to be added between current terrace and cottage.

There is a LOT more land with plenty more space to add more beds to the existing 10 beds & 3 greenhouses surrounding the main house, from the balcony of which the image(s) have been taken.

Also there is equal amount of land on the other side of house,

plus more above and below, 2900 m2 in total.

i also have another property very close by which has a partially ruined house for renovation and a large barn in good condition on a plot of 7,000 m2.

Fyi, in case you know of anyone interested, i am creating an Intentional Holistic Living Community & i offer "Work Exchange retreats" and (very inexpensive) "Guest Retreats" (in #Bulgaria). Retreats include accomodation and food (vegan) and a daily schedule which includes #meditation, #yoga, #holistichealth #coaching, #permaculture information, #crypto & #governance info. and more.

i also have available (subject to trial period & agreement with the community "rules"), Residential Opportunities to occupy & renovate/convert an existing building or construct a new tiny home on a portion of one of the two properties.

This would be done by way of purchasing an NFT (Non Fungible Token)/RWA (Real World Asset)
which includes a long term lease This offers an advantage to some by avoiding property purchase legalities (particularly helpful for foreigners).

The intention, once there are sufficient residents, is for the community to be operated as a DAO like organisation using Matrix-8 type governance, and potentially even used as a basic model for and part of a decentralised network of worldwide communuties.
