THE DEFINITION OF INSANITY...

I heard once that it is "doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results."

...I've never looked that up, so it may not be true. But, regardless, I think it's a good way to look at a few things in life. From solving problems, finding happiness in a relationship or in life........

Whatever it is you are trying to succeed at, or any problems you may encounter that need solved...If what you've been doing isn't working, it very well could be time to try something new.

I think anyone who's been homesteading for any amount of time understands this as things have a way of going awry. 😁

MY DAM PROBLEM...AND SOLUTION

Anyone who's been following what we've been up to is probably well aware of our latest, biggest, and most troublesome project we've been working on. It's a large dam project, and as happens so often, it has hit a glitch(a pretty big one at that.) If you're interested in reading more on the issue, simply click here to learn more.

The long and short of it is this though, we built a dam. And it is being bypassed in a way allowing water to leak out several feet past the dam.

So far to date I have dug about a total of sixty hours(and am starting to feel a little insane😁) looking for the cause of the leak. All topsoil is removed, and root holes found, filled...and clay has been installed...but still the water is bypassing the dam and the reservoir will not completely fill.

AS TO THE SOLUTION

DAMIT.... Literally... there's a product available called such, and from the product description, to the raving reviews, it sounds like it may be the absolute easiest and quickest fix.

....Sounds amazing right? I agree and so do hundreds of people who have reviewed it across multiple sites where it is sold. The one thing about it is that I can't seem to find it in a smaller size then 15 liter buckets... I believe I will only need about 3-4 liters at the max. But I will buy the big bucket of it as I figure having something like this stuff laying around is not a bad idea.😁 The cost of it is $279 USD so considering what it does and the time it could save, I think it's well worth it.(Considering I've over sixty hours in trying to fix this problem already.)
