My cassava processing part 1

in Homesteadinglast year

In farming, after planting and harvesting there are still more to do because we have to use the products for something.

After harvesting the cassava, I have a lot of plan for it and a lot of things to do with it but before anything the first thing to do is peeling.

Peeling of cassava is not that easy too, it took me half a day to finish peeling that much and it keep me wondering how those that do it for their daily work find it easy.

What I use half a day to peel does not take some people more than couple of hours because they are use to it and it is what they do everyday.

I would have given it to people who will do it for us and collect money to make it easy but I try to save some money and do it by myself. After peeling I soak some and take the remaining to the place they will grind it for me in other to use it for what I plan for. I will keep you updating on what I do with the cassava later.

Thanks for checking on my blog and have a wonderful day

Lot of work, ha?!

It's indeed a lot of work

Welldone 👍. I will be expecting garri and cassava flour. Just send it 😂

No problem, I will definitely send it when it is done

Wow, this entails lots of work. Welldone

It really a lot but it is doable. Thank you

This is really a whole lot you are doing ma.
I usually have larger harvest and often employ more hands even though I have to pay them some money.
Well done ma and thanks for sharing.

I just try to challenge myself, I've been lazy lately
