As part of our self-sufficient lifestyle, we like to raise and harvest our own protein when we can. Ideally, we'd be wild-harvesting or reproducing as much as possible, but raising meat chickens still makes sense for us right now. Not only are we taking control of our food supply chain, but also allows us to teach our children a lot of real life skills.
In this video, we live some more life and process some more chickens. With it being recorded right at the end of December, 2023, this makes these the last chickens we'll kill all year. Enjoy the show!
