My activity today is harvesting tamarind fruit

Hello everyone, good afternoon wherever you are, how are you this afternoon? Hope you are all fine wherever you are.

Well, today I'm back to my activities and I took the time to visit a garden that I haven't visited for a long time. The garden is my family's garden which is not too far from the house. Because I was traveling by motorbike, it only took about ten minutes to arrive at the location. Right now, where I live, it's the dry season so it's not really possible to plant it properly. I went to the garden just to see what trees were still alive, and there was no water to water them because the distance between my garden and irrigation was very far.

When I got there I was immediately greeted by a tamarind tree and the tree was still in good health. At first I didn't see that the tamarind tree had fruit, I had been taking shelter under the tree for a long time. When there was a bird chirping up there, I saw that the tamarind tree had fruit. I saw it when I was looking for the source of the bird's voice, the sound was very melodious.

When I saw there was fruit there, I immediately picked one to see whether it was ripe or not and it turned out that the fruit was ripe. So, next I immediately collected the tree so I could pick the fruit. I didn't petition much because I didn't dare to start with a higher distance. After I felt enough, I immediately took it home. When I got home I immediately peeled the skin, I dried the meat in the sun until it dried so that when I stored it it would last longer.

The flesh of tamarind fruit can be used as a cooking spice and can also be used as a seasoning for salad. Therefore, we can sell the dried flesh of the tamarind fruit at the market, now the price is fifteen thousand rupiah per kilo. Isn't that a very tempting price? My advice is that if you have an empty garden, it would be better to plant a tamarind tree as an asset for the future because the tree is resistant to the dry season and also does not require high maintenance.

I have consumed alot of these in the past and we use it to make a special tea here. Usually I often purchase it in the market but it's good to see that you have a tree with it close by

Wow, I'm curious about how tamarind fruit tastes when added to tea. Give me the recipe.

I can barely remember how my mum often prepares this. My elder sister should remember some of the details, I will go ahead and ask her but it taste both sour and sweet and thesame time.

I'm waiting for your recipe, sis
