Daphne, era una joven que toda su vida se dedicó a estudiar, prepararse y con tan solo poco meses de haber culminado la universidad, estaba comenzado a trabajar en lo que más le apasionaba ir de escuela en escuela en busca de talentos para así poder formar una gran banda. El estilo de Daphne era muy tranquilo, un estilo de ropa muy cómodo, ancho y lo mejor es que le gustaba viajar en su camioneta con su guitarra para así poder ir reclutando a cada joven, que tuviera ese talento por la música, ya que era una gran inversión de tiempo, dinero y una oportunidad que le daba a cada joven.

Contaba con el apoyo de su padre, que tenía una gran casa con cada uno de los equipos e instrumentos necesarios para que todo saliera de maravilla. Partió de casa en horas de la mañana para ir a la primera escuela, ya que ella sabía que allí podría haber jóvenes que le gustaba eso, solo con la mirada y detallarlo un poco Daphne los escogía. Se acercó a un joven que tenía una gran habilidad con la guitarra, la cual le dio una pequeña explicación de por qué ella estaba allí y solo tenía que seguir unos pasos. Continuó y se marchó para otra escuela, dándolo una oportunidad a una joven que tenía una voz de adorable. Poco a poco fue conversando con muchos jóvenes, hasta caer la noche y tenía que regresar con su camioneta.

Al regresar a casa tenía que ordenar y esperar que cada joven ingresara a la plataforma que les comento y de esa manera poder darle las últimas especificaciones. Daphne ya tenía todo planificado para arrancar con ese gran equipo y unir a todo ese talento y poder llevarlo a la cima, además su objetivo era poder participar en el evento de cantos por grupos, ya que soñaba en ganar y todos esos jóvenes tuvieran una oportunidad.

Daphne's style was very calm, a very comfortable style of clothing, wide and the best thing is that she liked to travel in her van with her guitar in order to recruit every young person who had that talent for music, since it was a great investment of time, money and an opportunity that she gave to every young person.

He had the support of his father, who had a big house with all the necessary equipment and instruments so that everything would be perfect. She left home in the morning hours to go to the first school, since she knew that there could be young people there who liked that, just by looking at them and detailing them a little Daphne would choose them. She approached a young man who had a great skill with the guitar, which gave her a little explanation of why she was there and she just had to follow a few steps. She went on and left for another school, giving a chance to a young girl who had a lovely voice. Little by little she was chatting with many young people, until night fell and she had to go back to her truck.

When she returned home, she had to order and wait for each young person to enter the platform I mentioned before, so she could give them the final specifications. Daphne already had everything planned to start with that great team and unite all that talent and be able to take it to the top, also her goal was to participate in the group singing event, as she dreamed of winning and all those young people had a chance.

Pasaron varios días y llego el momento donde comenzaron a llegar los jóvenes que había llamado, muchos de ellos no los dejaron ir, para otros era muy arriesgado y Daphne, se sorprendió al ver la poca cantidad de jóvenes que tenía, ya que en su registro era muy grande, sin embargo, nada lo detuvo y lo único que hizo fue volver a explicar todo lo que estaba haciendo y mucho de los jóvenes estaban contentos, ya que habían reconocido su talento. De inmediato comenzaron y ya tenía en mente la pieza musical que quería interpretar en dicho evento, sin duda tenía que trabar mucho para que así todos coordinaran y se escuchara muy bien, puesto que eran jóvenes que nunca había trabajado de esa manera.

Daphne, despertaba cada mañana con las mejores aptitudes y poco a poco la pieza que había escogido se escuchaba de maravilla, detalles que se podían ir mejorando, sin duda se le presentó un gran problema y es que en uno de los jóvenes se enfermó y no tenía a nadie que lo pudiera sustituir. Todo comenzó a salir mal, ya que era un trabajo en equipo y con la falla de uno todo se pierde, además ese joven era quien tocaba la guitarra, no sabía qué hacer. Llamaba y se movía para todos lados para así poder solucionar, pero el joven tenía que tomar varias semanas de reposo.

Por suerte el hermano menor de Daphne, le gustaba la guitarra eléctrica y se quedaba viendo cada vez que el grupo de jóvenes practicaba, esperando ese momento que la hermana lo necesitara, por ende no les quede más de otras que subirlo y darle esa oportunidad a su hermano para que los apoyara en ese gran evento. Tuvieron que hacer unas pequeñas modificaciones en la pieza musical con tan solo pocos días de la presentación, horas de trabajo y esfuerzo poder que cada lograr su trabajo.

Daphne woke up every morning with the best aptitudes and little by little the piece she had chosen sounded wonderful, details that could be improved, without a doubt there was a big problem and that was that one of the young people got sick and she had no one to replace him. Everything started to go wrong, since it was a team work and with the failure of one of them everything was lost, besides that young man was the one who played the guitar, he did not know what to do. He called and moved all over the place in order to solve the problem, but the young man had to take several weeks of rest.

Luckily Daphne's younger brother, who liked the electric guitar, was watching every time the group of young people practiced, waiting for that moment when the sister needed him, so they had no choice but to bring him up and give that opportunity to his brother to support them in this great event. They had to make some small modifications in the musical piece with only a few days before the presentation, hours of work and effort to be able to achieve their work.

Llego el gran día de la presentación y se notaba como muchos jóvenes de todas las edades estaba allí presente, grupo con más de 20 músicos, siendo algo de nivel. Sin duda el equipo de Daphne era muy pequeño, pero con las mejores aptitudes y las ganas de hacer lo que más le gusta tocar. Al momento de hacer su presentación, Daphne dio unas pequeñas palabras y agradecida de poder estar aquí con ese grupo de jóvenes que son de la escuela. Comenzaron a tocar la pieza, todos se sorprendieron al momento de que lo primero que se escuchó fue la guitarra eléctrica y la gran voz que tenía para así cautivar a todo el público, los aplausos comenzaron a escucharse Daphne, muy feliz de que su trabajo estaba saliendo de maravilla.

Al finalizar el evento, dieron los resultados, quedando de segundo lugar el equipo de Daphne y con una oportunidad de que su grupo de jóvenes pudiera ir a varias ciudades, por ser únicos y poder hacer feliz a muchos. Además, logro un acercamiento con el gran jefe de la compañía de Risingstrar para darle una oportunidad para que formar a jóvenes y así poder darle sus respectivas cartas como reconocimiento, ya que eres una experta en esa área. Daphne estaba feliz, puesto que tendrá una nueva casa de trabajo.

At the end of the event, the results were announced, leaving Daphne's team in second place and with a chance that her group of young people could go to several cities, for being unique and being able to make many people happy. In addition, she was able to approach the great boss of the Risingstrar company to give her an opportunity to train young people and give them their respective letters as recognition, since you are an expert in this area. Daphne was happy, since she will have a new home to work in.
