Good day, everyone, and welcome to my blog. FC Barcelona released the squad list for the match against Getafe earlier today, but yet again, Ansu Fati's name was not on the list, which will make it four times in a role that the Spanish forward did not feature in a match with Barcelona even when he is medically fit and ready to play on the pitch. It is sad to see how Ansu Fati's career has taken a turn in these past years and to be frank, it's not Ansu's fault that his career has gone this way because he has tried to get his confidence back but it seems to be lost because there has not been any improvement in his playing ability.
FC Barcelona has opened the doors for Ansu Fati to exit the club this January, but Ansu has insisted that he wants to stay at Barcelona and succeed at the club. It is great that Ansu Fati still wants to be at the club even when it is clear that the club doesn't see him in their plans anymore which is the truth. When Hansi Flick was asked about the condition of Ansu Fati and his recent absence from the squad list, Hansi Flick replied that everyone on the team has to work hard, and Ansu Fati has not been working hard enough. Hansi Flick always expressed his desire to help Ansu succeed, but with the recent exclusion of Ansu Fati from the squad list I find it hard to believe his statement now.
FC Barcelona has already made their intentions clear to go for Marcus Rashford this January window on a loan deal, and for that to happen, there needs to be an exit from the club this winter. Marcus Rashford has made his intentions clear to play for Barcelona by some source as the Englishman is not looking at any other options except Barcelona as he is waiting for the club to make it happen before the window comes to an end. This is the clear goal for Barcelona which is why they have opened the doors for Ansu Fati to leave this winter.
There have not been any reports about clubs seeking to bid for Ansu Fati yet this January, but I think as the new week approaches, there should be clubs planning to sign the Spanish forward. It is a bit sad to see this recent development about Ansu Fati, but I think he should get a fresh start and leave the pressure about him going back to be the face of Barcelona because Lamine Yamal is currently the face of the club. Ansu Fati should go to a new club, and if he turns out to be the prodigy he once was, then it will be FC Barcelona's loss, and I am sure they will want to re-sign him back to the club.
The decision is left up to Ansu Fati to decide his future and what he wants for himself but staying at Barcelona is not the best choice currently for the player because of the pressure for him to succeed at all cost. In the coming days, there should be more updates about Ansu Fati and his future at the club, which I will share here once any news comes out. So, guys, that will be all for now. Thanks for stopping by and have a good day.

Fati should get himself to a club where he is assured of regularly game time so as to get his confidence back. I was hoping he'd get that at Brighton but he couldn't displace Mitoma.
He's statistically yet to get to his peak years so he has time on his side, for now.
Fati needs a fresh start. I agree with you on that, as he needs to let go of wanting to succeed at Barcelona. Ansu Fati going to a new club is the best decision for him and I hope he takes this option.
