When we talk about power, people usually associate it with superheroes or even anime, but bringing the subject to real life, we can say that power is the ability to acquire what you want, get people to do things as you please and have the authority or autonomy to make decisions independently of others.
The definition of power is quite complex in the real world. You can have nothing and still have power over your family, make decisions and have the final say in your home. For society, the definition of power is associated with people's financial power. The more money, assets and contacts that individual has, the more power over decisions that affect the world that individual will have.
If we stop to think about it, we all have some power. Let's use justice as an example: if I have some property of my own, I have the power to decide or choose what I will do with it. In other words, there are levels of power, but everyone can have power over something. The most basic form of power is the right to choose. You have the power to make your own decisions.
People's problems are linked to personal dissatisfaction, their level of power is never in line with their personal desires, they always want to have something that they don't have the power to acquire, at least currently, this ends up causing personal problems and problems for society as a whole.
Everyone has powers, some simple, others complex, and it is their discernment that will define how they will act in the face of their attributions.

Quando falamos em poder, as pessoas geralmente associam a super-heróis ou até mesmo animes, mas trazendo o assunto para a vida real, podemos dizer que poder é a capacidade de adquirir o que você quer, fazer com que as pessoas façam as coisas como você quiser e ter autoridade ou autonomia para tomar decisões independentemente dos outros.
A definição de poder é bastante complexa no mundo real. Você pode não ter nada e ainda ter poder sobre sua família, tomar decisões e ter a palavra final em sua casa. Para a sociedade, a definição de poder está associada ao poder financeiro das pessoas. Quanto mais dinheiro, bens e contatos esse indivíduo tiver, mais poder sobre as decisões que afetam o mundo esse indivíduo terá.
Se pararmos para pensar, todos nós temos algum poder. Vamos usar a justiça como exemplo: se eu tenho alguma propriedade minha, tenho o poder de decidir ou escolher o que farei com ela. Em outras palavras, existem níveis de poder, mas todos podem ter poder sobre algo. A forma mais básica de poder é o direito de escolher. Você tem o poder de tomar suas próprias decisões.
Os problemas das pessoas estão atrelados à insatisfação pessoal, seu nível de poder nunca está de acordo com seus desejos pessoais, elas sempre querem ter algo que não têm poder para adquirir, pelo menos atualmente, isso acaba causando problemas pessoais e para a sociedade como um todo.
Todos têm poderes, alguns simples, outros complexos, e é seu discernimento que definirá como agirão diante de suas atribuições.

Loved it. And you're totally right, we all have power and it begins with the power we have over ourselves. And from there it can extend to the world around us to a greater or lesser degree depending on the resources and contacts we have at our disposal, or the roles we have in society.
