Neighbors can be like "bad" relatives... You maybe can't stand them, but they are still family, so you have to bear with them... 😃 I'm living in an apartment in a building and have a similar experience to you... There are some good neighbors, but there are also those who don't care about others and have no respect at all... All in all, most of mine are regular folks... Being pleasant helps as they try to return the smile and favor...
