Today, my husband and I decided to have lunch at NOZOMI Sushi & Izakaya Boat Lagoon. We've been here many times before, and it never disappoints.

NOZOMI Sushi & Izakaya is a Japanese restaurant located at the Boat Lagoon Marina, one of Phuket's most popular marina spots. The Boat Lagoon is a vibrant and luxurious area with yachts, waterfront dining, and a relaxing atmosphere. NOZOMI offers a traditional Japanese dining experience with a focus on fresh sushi, sashimi, and izakaya-style dishes, perfect for both casual meals and special occasions. The ambiance combines modern Japanese design with cozy touches, making it a great place to enjoy delicious food in a picturesque setting.

It took us only 10 minutes to reach Boat Lagoon, a private marina filled with luxurious yachts. However, our plan wasn’t to hop on a yacht but to enjoy some delicious Japanese food at the cozy NOZOMI Sushi & Izakaya, which is located near the marina.

Before we arrived at the restaurant, I took some time to capture the beautiful surroundings. The area was filled with luxurious yachts docked peacefully at the marina, creating a serene and picturesque atmosphere.

As we stepped inside the restaurant, the remnants of the Christmas festivities were still present. The glass windows were adorned with ribbons and little Santa Claus figurines climbing down ropes. Looking outside, the view of numerous yachts created a stunning backdrop, making the dining experience even more delightful.

After placing our order, the restaurant served a complimentary appetizer while we waited—grilled corn with butter. The aroma was irresistible, and it’s one of my favorite snacks to enjoy! 🌽✨

Shortly after, the fried sweet potatoes were served—a dish I simply cannot skip every time I dine here. They're crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious! 🍠❤️

One of the dishes we ordered was vinegared saba (mackerel). The tangy flavor of the fish, paired with fresh wasabi and pickled ginger, created a refreshing and delicious combination. The presentation was also stunning! 🐟✨

The presentation of each dish was so appealing that I couldn’t resist capturing a few photos to share. The golden crisp of the sweet potatoes and the vibrant colors of the other dishes made everything look as good as it tasted. 📸🍴

After savoring every bite of our delicious Japanese meal, we left the restaurant with happy hearts and full stomachs. The combination of flavorful dishes, cozy ambiance, and the serene view of luxury yachts at the marina made this dining experience truly special. 🌸🍣✨
