Hello everyone
Nestled in a quaint alley, not far from the bustling Robinson Department Store, lies a hidden gem that I recently discovered—HOSAY Bowl Cafe. Despite my frequent visits to various cafes, each offering its unique charm, this particular visit was something special, though short. The moment I stepped through the charming brown arched door, I was greeted by a cozy, minimalist interior decorated in soothing white tones. The simplicity of the design, paired with the warmth of the wooden accents, instantly enveloped me in a sense of comfort and relaxation.
HOSAY Bowl Cafe, a small but inviting space, quickly became my haven. The exterior of the cafe is just as charming as the interior. The front is decorated with a combination of pristine white stones and a contrasting brown pavement, creating a simple yet beautiful aesthetic. As I walked along the stone pathway and approached the cafe, I was drawn in by the harmonious blend of textures and colors.
When I opened the small door and stepped inside, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the interior. The open layout allowed me to see the green-toned counter where food is prepared. While HOSAY Bowl Cafe may seem like a place that only serves drinks and baked goods, it actually offers a variety of healthy meals, making it an ideal spot for health enthusiasts. The menu was extensive, filled with delicious options that tempted me despite having just eaten.
However, my visit was solely to enjoy a drink and soak in the cafe's ambiance. I ordered a hot matcha latte and took the opportunity to snap photos of the charming interior.
I chose to sit in an area that looked like a high bar, which offered a view of the outside, being right next to the entrance door. Soon, the staff brought me my hot matcha latte. The warmth of the green tea made me feel relaxed. As I sipped the rich, earthy beverage, I watched the rain falling gently outside. The soft murmur of conversations and the gentle hum of background music created an atmosphere that felt both intimate and tranquil. The rhythmic patter of raindrops against the window added to the serene ambiance, making the moment feel almost magical.
After finishing my matcha latte, I found myself with a little extra time, so I decided to explore the second floor. This cafe has two floors, and to my delight, the upper floor was empty. I took full advantage of this, enjoying the freedom to take photos without anyone blocking the lens. From the upper level, I had a clear view of the cooking counter below, giving me a unique perspective on the cafe's layout and operations.
Once I had captured enough photos and soaked in the tranquil atmosphere, it was time to say goodbye. As I made my way down the stairs, I felt a sense of contentment and anticipation. I knew I would be back soon, not just for the delicious food and drinks, but for the peaceful sanctuary that HOSAY Bowl Cafe had become for me. In the heart of the city's hustle and bustle, this small cafe had earned a special place in my heart, a place where I could truly unwind and find peace.
