It's too hot afternoon, so lucky that once again my sister gave me a very cold cream caramel with heavy syrup that queences my thirst. So perfectly done and delicious. It was made up from a ready mix powder to make the cream and she just made the syrup from caramelizing the white sugar. It's easy like the leche flan. But this cream is different, there's no need using eggs .
