My Late Breakfast

Eating eggs without carbohydrates like rice, root crops or bread is the best for breakfast. Even if you eat eggs toore than 1 with tomato, garlic, onions and spring onions have a lot of benefits. Even if you eat eggs everyday as long as you don't eat it with rice is better.

I cooked 2 eggs, 1 tomato, onions and spring onion in a little amount of oil and salt for my late breakfast. It is late because, I woke up late so it could be my lunch too. Imagine until now, I am not feeling hungry again. I just drink 2 glass of water after eating and it is so satisfying. Try it and see if I am telling you the truth.
