In the mood for a braised cabbage dish

Today I was in the mood for a braised cabbage pan and since I bought a pointed cabbage last week I used half of it and I often have minced beef in the freezer because I often buy it on sale and rightly share several portions and then me if necessary I actually already had everything I needed at home. Fry the minced meat with an onion and 1 clove of garlic in a little oil, season with salt and pepper, some smoked paprika powder, a little marjoram and cumin and some chilli powder, then a small red pepper, a carrot and half a stick of celery and 200 g potatoes in bite sizes Cut pieces and then fry and add the pointed cabbage cut into strips, when the minced meat has gotten some color and continue to fry, then I mixed in some tomato paste and poured 300 ml of vegetable broth over it. I let it simmer for 30 minutes on medium heat, stirring from time to time and finally, if you like, add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch to thicken it. It was delicious.
