Garlic, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, salt, fish sauce, the ratio depends on our preference. How to make it.. Bring the water to a boil, add the galangal and boil the dried chilies to a boil. Then the ingredients used to make the chili paste include garlic, shallots, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, boiled rice until softened, then mix everything in a fine macro and you will have the chili paste. Mix in the coconut milk solution and then put the fish in to boil. When the fish is well cooked, take out the meat and pound it thoroughly. Set aside. Put the coconut milk in a pot and heat it until the coconut milk breaks down and it's good. We planted a lot of curry paste for a moment and fried it until fragrant. When the fried rice was fragrant, we added it through the remaining coconut milk and stirred continuously. When the coconut milk was boiling, we added the pounded fish meat that we had pounded. Then we put the meat into the pot and wait for it to boil again. Then we took the meatballs that we had already blanched and the chicken legs that we had boiled and were already tender, for which we poured out the hot water and set aside to drain the water and then pour it in. We went into the pot with coconut milk and then we came to taste the flavor. The girls tasted it and if there was anything missing, then we would add fish sauce and salt.
