Results: #EPL-ScoreChallenge #6 - Gameweek 37+

Congratulation again to @justclickindiva, the winner of #EPL-ScoreChallenge. The right match winner was predicted, which was selection #1.

This is the last game week for this season. Next season will start on the 12th of September 2020. I will review this competition after this season has finished. So next season this competition will be bigger and better with more prizes. If you have any suggestions of how I could improve this competition don't hesitate to leave a comment.

This week I will be reviewing the Leicester City v Manchester United game, the game will be played on Monday 27th July at 16:00 BST. The game will be played at King Power.

Battle for the Top 4

There is 2 important games that will be played on the final day that will define the top 4 finish for this season, Chelsea v Wolverhampton and the game I am going to review, Leicester City v Manchester United. And this is the different scenario that could happen;

• If Manchester United and Chelsea win or draw their games, they will finish in the top 4
• If Manchester United and Chelsea looses, Chelsea will drop to 5th place, as Manchester United have a superior goal difference then Chelsea
• If Manchester United win and Chelsea looses, both Manchester United and Chelsea will be in the top 4
• Manchester United looses and Chelsea win, Manchester United will will drop to 5th place and Chelsea will finish in the top 4.

Leicester City should of wrapped up a top 4 finish a long time ago, they had a massive gap between them and 4th and 5th place before lock down and they shouldn't be in this mess in the first place. Since lock down Leicester City have struggled with consistency. The Foxes have taken nine points from eight matches since the restart. Leicester are winless in seven league games this season against the four sides currently above them.

Manchester United have been on a good run they are unbeaten in 14 league games, W8 and D3 with no loss. Manchester United have lost one league match at home since 22 January, when they lost to Burnley 2-0. The RED Devils are unbeaten in their last 10 games against The Foxes W7, D3. Last time Leicester City beat Manchester United was back in September 2014

Last time Manchester United played Leicester City in the reverse fixture @ Old Trafford, The Red Devils beat The Foxes 1 goal to 0. Last time they played at King Power, Leicester City 0 Manchester United 1 (Rashford 9')

The Foxes have a lot of injuries; Ben Chilwell, Ricardo Pereira, James Maddison, Daniel Amartey and Christian Fuchs and would explain their dip in form. Their previous history with United won't help their cause. As Schmeichel mentioned in his press confrence, 'this is like a cup final, they need to dig deep' to get anything from this game.
