Bear markets are tough and I think we all have those emotional valleys. The good news is just like the bear market they don't last forever. I get in a funk from time to time too, but I still keep building. That is all you can do. It's only a loss if you withdraw it!
Exactly. Whether we power up or down, sell or buy...Won't do a thing to the overall market. So we have to control what we can. To me that's effort.
