Wishing you a speedy recovery! Once we get past the age of 40, the whole "flying and falling" thing gets a little harder on the body; recovery takes a little longer and we sometimes have to admit that "I'm just not 29 anymore..."
Sounds like it could have been a lot worse, though.

Oh wow, is that ever the truth.
10 years ago, I would have bounced up and laughed it off....Now I"m being carted off in an Ambulance...lol This life thing goes by quick.
