This is cool, I believe everyone needs a personal checker even if this isn't a school, it's important to study one's growth pattern, have a strategy and know what works for them, for me. It's always staying adrift, being adaptable, flexible and accountable to myself. Following up and doing the background work.
I also added gaming to mine, just like you.....
The army called them battle buddies or something like that. We can hold each other accountable and help each other through the journey. Could add a ton of value for everyone.

You're absolutely correct, I think I haven't paid much attention to my goals lately, hustling in real life can cause that.
