Have you done any analysis of previous emails to see if different formats or posting on different days, produced different results. Not sure how it would fit into a training video, but whether video or blog post, it would be interesting.

No, I haven't done any format or day/time analysis at all. I simply check my mailing history to see how likely it is that my posts will get verified. What I can tell you is that bland subject lines are less likely to get verified, but that's no surprise!
