Onboarding users is somehow the most difficult part. It's not easy to convince people to come join a network where none of there friends and family are. On top of that, try explaining to them their keys and how to use them. To them, there's no concrete reason for them to join even if they're paid in crypto for engagement.

That's exactly it. If everyone's friends were here, they would join in a heartbeat. An app that does that, will be a billion dollar project!
