I was recently inspired by some statues that I saw at a gift shop in New Mexico, and also by Bishop Fulton J. Sheen.
Out of this blend of muses came a body for the creepy cat/goldfinches.
I will eventually paint the body, and probably re-paint the cat, but I have to bring myself to an art store before that happens.
I didn't know the cat could be feminine until it got it's new body and stood beside the other creepy cat.
They are such a cute couple, and the cat/finches seem like a stern aunt to me.
My life is often pretty lonely and solitary, but buckthorn army shall have companionship!
The process of making wooden thingys is giving me reasons to play with my crystals and my camera, and for that, I am grateful.
May we all have the time to do what we are grateful to do, and may our creators be kind to us...
